Consider the request “save these notes, remind me on Friday, and prepare a follow-up.” A transcript captures the sentence, but it does not separate the note, reminder, and draft or show which details each one needs. A workflow has to do that planning before anything is created.
Aureon is deliberately conservative at that point. It can create new notes, tasks, reminders, events, pages, memos, and supported drafts through available connections. It does not treat a broad spoken instruction as permission to send, delete, overwrite, or edit existing third-party content.
What changes after dictation
The hard part is deciding what the task contains.
Writing tools improve a piece of text. Workflow tools also have to identify destinations, required fields, and the point where human confirmation is necessary.
Separate content from action
A spoken request may contain both what should be written and what should be created. Aureon makes that structure visible instead of flattening everything into one paragraph.
Carry the right rules into the plan
A Custom Agent can supply a familiar tone or format, while the workflow keeps destination-specific details—such as a calendar time—separate and reviewable.

Only the supported, visible create actions move forward. Recipient-facing text remains a draft, and uncertain steps do not silently become actions.
